Dana Gas, a major investor in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, has won a judgment against the Barzani-led Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) at a London tribunal. The court ordered the KRG to pay $121 million to the claimants for condensate and liquefied petroleum gas, dismissing counterclaims and finding no unreasonable delay in project execution. This follows previous awards confirming contractual rights and $1.96 billion for outstanding unpaid invoices, with damages yet to be quantified in a hearing expected later this year.
