Korek Telecom is initiating efforts to overturn a $1.65 billion arbitration award in the Dubai-based International Chamber of Commerce. The effort is focused on the conduct of Raedas, a UK-based corporate intelligence firm contracted by Kuwait-based logistics firm Agility, which received the original award. Allegations include Raedas compensating Iraqi officials for testimony.
