A KRG delegation is attending the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM Congress) 2025 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates to attract foreign investors, Kurdistan 24 reports. The delegation is led by Chairman of the Kurdistan Board of Investment Dr. Mohammed Shukri and includes officials from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as well as representatives from the business community in Kurdistan. According to Kurdistan 24, the AIM Congress, which has over 20,000 participants from 180 countries, is an opportunity for the delegation to “engage directly with global investors…and promote its expanding sectors including energy, agriculture, tourism, manufacturing.”
