The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) risks “marginalizing itself” with its decision to boycott the upcoming regional legislative elections, has reported. The KDP has described the elections as “illegal” and “unconstitutional” following the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court’s ruling to eliminate minority quota seats.
